I’ve been able to see and communicate with spirits and guides since I was a child. It wasn’t something I understood and embraced early on, and I kept it to myself—afraid of how it would be received. Yet the unseen world has always felt close for me, and it has served as a guiding hand through some of my most difficult times.

I’ve had careers in fashion, photography, magazine & book publishing—all the while living a life based on beliefs that rarely reflected my heart’s desires. I didn’t truly know who I was, what I wanted, and how to be in the world as myself.

I was a sensitive empath conditioned to be a people pleaser, to abandon myself under external expectations, and to ignore my intuition for mind-led decision-making. My life didn’t feel like my own and it was difficult to make changes when I didn’t even know what needed to shift. Where to begin?

In 2018, I took a major step toward loving myself and my life. I committed to leaving the familiar path I knew and following the bread crumb trail of my heart’s desires.

My journey has been one of self-actualization. I had to learn to put myself first. I made it a priority to discover my Self, my passions, and what brought me joy. And with patience and time, I finally reclaimed my connection to Spirit and the unseen realms. This relationship is continually evolving and expanding—the exploration is never over. Much of the time I don’t know where I’m headed and how things will take shape, but I’ve learned to trust in myself and the Divine.

I offer you the same spiritual tools that helped me break through—so that you can take your own courageous leaps and embrace your true power. It is a true joy to support you to nurture your voice, share your heart, remember your gifts, live fully & creatively, and align with your happiness.
